Welcome to Ingredients AI, a platform that allows users to scan product labels and receive analytics about the ingredients. Ingredients AI is provided by Rubek AI Pty Ltd ("we," "us," "our"). By using Ingredients AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Definitions Account: The account established by a user to access Ingredients AI. Ingredients AI: The Ingredients AI platform and any associated applications or services. User: A user of Ingredients AI, also referred to as "you" or "your." Content: Any information or data provided via Ingredients AI, including analytics, ingredient information, and user submissions. Payment Method: A current, valid, accepted method of payment for in-app purchases. Our Fee: The portion of payments that is paid to us as part of the in-app purchases.
2. Acceptance of Terms of Use By creating an Account or otherwise using Ingredients AI, including making in-app purchases or accessing Content, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must cease using Ingredients AI immediately.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of Ingredients AI, including any AI-generated analytics or insights. 9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Ingredients AI.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Ingredients AI as an AI-powered product, we do not offer refunds for purchases once the product has been used.
11. Privacy Policy Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information, is incorporated into these Terms of Use. By using Ingredients AI, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these Terms of Use. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Queensland the Federal Court of Australia.
